The 15th annual Courier-Kiwanis Sesame Place Classic promises to be better than ever. For the second straight year the race, will be held at Bucks County Technical High School on Wistar Road in Fairless Hills.

All the great things you love about the Classic -- including a one-day free admission to Sesame Place for all participants -- are still in place. Come see what all the talk is about.

There will be plenty of free parking at the adjacent Conwell-Egan High School campus, lots of refreshments, prizes, a raffle, awards and best of all, every dollar raised goes to the Dick Dougherty Scholarship Fund, providing financial assistance for college-bound students at 17 Bucks County high schools.

The last date to register for groups is May 12th, no exceptions.

Awards and Results

Awards - 5K Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 men and  women $100 1st place, $75 Second, $50 Third and $25  Masters

MEN AND  WOMEN:
12 and  under             40-44   
13-14                            45-49
15-18                            50-55        
19-29                            55-59
30-34                            
35-39                        

WOMEN  ONLY:           60+ 

MEN  ONLY:                  60-69       70-79        80+   

1-mile  awards (medals):
Top 3, both genders, for 0-19,
20-39, 40-over.

Timing:  By Lin-Mark with the Disposable B tag - all entrants will be timed except the Sesame Sprint.

Bring a school group to the annual CKS Classic on May 19th
to gain these benefits:
- Each participants $22 race registration fee includes a one-day park admission good from May 19-end of May
- $5 of each entry will be donated back to your group
to use for your current fundraising goals or projects
(Minimum of 20 entries per group to qualify for donation) 
- Free T-shirts will be distributed to online registrants only
- Free food and beverage for every registered participant 
- A chance for each entrant to win prizes 
- A chance for your group to win a trophy and money
if you are the largest group participating 
- Exercise for every fitness level available: 5K run/walk,
1 mile fun run or Sesame Sprint 
- Each registration gives your high school students
the opportunity to receive large scholarships
 
If your school decides to participate you must register as the group leader to receive fundraising donations by e-mailing your information to: kiwanisclub@comcast.net
